While we work with reliable couriers, we are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by third-party services but will assist you in tracking your package.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience, with an additional fee of ₹100. Please note:

- COD is strictly a payment method; full payment must be made before opening the package.

- Orders placed via COD cannot be tried or returned at the time of delivery.

- This service is not applicable for a "Try & Buy" facility.

International Shipping

- We do not offer free international shipping; shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

- To place an international order, kindly contact us directly.

- Standard delivery timelines for international orders are 10-12 business days, though customized and out-of-stock items may take longer.

- Import duties, taxes, and handling charges vary by country and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these fees, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
