I currently have blouses available only up to 45-inch chest size. If you’re looking for a 45-inch fit with a 2-inch margin, it will need to be made as a customized piece. The customization will take around one month.

I’ll try my best to finish it sooner, but I wanted to inform you in advance. Alternatively, if you’re open to other designs, I do have 2-3 options ready in your size.
